We help local employers recruit local people aged 45+ who are ready to return to work. Our Employment Subsidy Scheme contributes to wage costs for 12 months, making it easier to grow your team while reducing financial risk.
Support every step of the way
You will receive tailored guidance, training in age-diverse hiring, and ongoing support throughout recruitment and employment. A dedicated Employment Support Officer will help you identify vacancies and connect you with suitable local candidates.
Who can join
Rural Revive is open to private, public, and non-profit employers in Counties Cavan and Monaghan in Ireland, and Crete in Greece, with at least two years of operation and five or more employees.
