What we offer you

  • Support with sourcing a 12-month guaranteed employment with a local company
  • A dedicated Employment Support Officer to guide you through the recruitment and employment process
  • Employment skills coaching, workplace training and confidence building support
  • Ongoing support during your first 12 months in your new job

Who can join?

  • Adults who are unemployed for more than 1 year and over 45+ years
  • People living in Cavan and Monaghan (Ireland) and Crete (Greece)
  • Individuals who want to get back into work but need support
