We will partner with your business to support and encourage the recruitment of people aged 45+ who have been out of the workforce for more than one year. Through our dedicated Employment Subsidy Scheme, we contribute to wage costs for a period of 12 months, supplemented by an agreed wage top-up. This approach reduces financial risk for your business while ensuring stable and sustainable employment for our clients.

To participate in this scheme, businesses will receive training in age-diverse hiring and tailored support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. A dedicated Employment Support Officer will work closely with you to identify vacancies within your company, understand your skills needs, and match these with the locally available workforce. Our aim is to partner with local employers to create sustainable, long-term employment opportunities.

Companies based in Counties Cavan and Monaghan (or Crete for the GR version) that have been operating for more than two years and employ five or more staff are eligible to participate in the Rural Revive Programme. Rural Revive is open to companies in the private, public and non-profit sector.
